Perspektivet Museum is very happy to welcome you to the opening of the exhibition NJP Goes North!<\/em> The photographers Hilde Honerud, Javad Parsa and Christian Belgaux will be present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norwegian Journal of Photography<\/a> ventures north for the first time! Seven of the photographers from the initial project contribute to the exhibition at Perspektivet Museum. Of these Hilde Honerud<\/a>, Javad Parsa<\/a> og Christian Belgaux<\/a> will be present at the opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The museum director welcomes our guests, followed by a talk with the three photographers led by curator Marthe Fjellestad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2 piece band Order of the Crow<\/em> rounds off the event. The duo consisting of Vincent Stephen og Eivind Solem, play gothic folk music in a contemporary context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will serve light refreshments. Welcome! <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

More about the Exhibition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Today\u2019s media landscape challenges and raises questions about the established boundaries of documentary photography. Can photography be both documentary and art? In these seven projects, the photographers have used the camera to explore the world and tell stories. Their approaches vary, from fragmented snapshot aesthetics and single images to longer photo essays and digital manipulation.<\/p>\n\n\n
