For Time Travel Tromsø, we asked: what makes Tromsø the city it is today? Delving into our historic photo collection, we’ve found the answer as much in large infrastructure projects as in small, everyday events. Tromsø wouldn’t be Northern Norway’s largest city without the Tromsø bridge and the university, nor would it continue to be an attractive place to live without its cultural life and proximity to spectacular nature. And within these photographic histories, large and small, we’ve also found room for some glimpses from Perspektivet Museum’s own history.
About the event
Perspektivet Museum is turning 30 and is celebrating with the exhibition opening of Time Travel Tromsø. You are welcome on June 10th between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We are serving cakes and bubbles for young and old.
